Ranger completed seven out of his last eight Derby Stakes. Ranger had the opportunity to run Derby Stakes for two additional months after making the list. However, we decided to pull him once he made the list to prepare him for the Fall 2009 AKC Qualifiers and UKC Hunt Tests.
